If using Microsoft SQL Express 2005 it is important to check all vault database sizes on a regular basis because if any exceed approx. 3.5 GB vault will stop working.
How To
Open the Autodesk Data Management Server Console. Start > All Programs > Autodesk > Autodesk Data Management > Autodesk Data Management Server Console 2010
Log In as an administrator.
In the browser expand Vaults and click on each vault. Check the Database Size.
