We have seen this behaviour when the DPI setting is set to high. However, setting it to normal resolves the issue.
Complete the following steps: 1. RMB and click on the Desktop and select Properties 2. Select Settings > Advanced 3. In the General Tab set the DPI to "Normal size (96 DPI)"
