A Health Check is a 4-hour*, onsite visit by our Data Management Application Specialists, that you can book and use any time during your Plan year. You can have our Application Specialist analyse your site, answer questions, provide one-on-one training, or migrate your site to a new release.  * any additional time requires an additional cost. Health Check does not include any possible travel or accommodation expenses.
